​Asharqia Chamber reviews the new regulations for "human resources and social development" for the salon sectors and women centers

Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women’s Workshops and Centers Committee, organized a panel discussion entitled “The New Regulations for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development”, which reviewed the most important procedures and work mechanisms for new directions to regulate the labor market.

The meeting, which was hosted remotely by the Assistant Director-General for the Human Resources Sector at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Branch in the Eastern Region, Muhammad Al-Atrash, on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, and moderated by the Chair of the Committee, Shuaa Al-Duhailan, talked about the most important challenges facing the women's workshops and centers sector. Business responds to all the changes taking place to organize the labor market, pointing to the positivity that characterizes the business sector in dealing with variables, expressing opinion and advice on them, and also participating in finding solutions, pointing out that the business sector has a long experience in the labor market and is rich in information that it shares with us.

For this part, Al-Duhailan praised the response of officials and specialists in the ministry’s branch to the inquiries of female investors in the sector, indicating that the ministry, in partnership with the workshop sector, seeks to address many of the challenges it faces, and try to find appropriate and logical solutions to all its problems, whether related to procedures or the mechanism of work, pointing out that the meeting discussed various points, including the employee's experience and training on work requirements, the mechanisms for dealing with complaints, in addition to the importance of promoting the work culture for everyone​​.
